Overview

The Recipe Finder project addresses the common problem of deciding what to cook by offering a web application that provides tailored recipe suggestions based on keywords, cooking time, and available ingredients. Designed to be versatile and user-friendly, the app enables users to discover recipes no matter their location, ensuring a seamless cooking experience.

Technologies Used

• Frontend and Backend Framework: Nuxt3 with Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Database: SQLite for storing user preferences, recipes, and search history.
• API Integration: OpenAI APIs to generate recipe ideas.
• Testing: Nuxt’s built-in test utilities for robust feature testing.
• Styling and Formatting:Prettier for code formatting and JavaScript Standard Style.
